Refund procedure

The refunds are processed by our Customer Service personnel within 2 days if one of the parties failed to fulfill its obligations. While refunding, the money are transferred onto the card from which the order was paid within 30 days (the period may vary from bank to bank). We highly recommend card holders to save payment receipts.

Procedure of wire transfer

After the order is placed by lessee and confirmed by lessor (lessor is responsible for availability and technical condition of equipment), invoice for lessee is issued by the system automatically. Lessee can open it and download for printing and/or saving.

Equipment is provided only after a full payment, which is confirmed by the account manager of Profitrenta.com. If the invoice received but not paid within 2 days, the order is cancelled.

Notifications containing contact data and requisites necessary for concluding the agreement between lessor and lessee will be sent to lessor and lessee after the payment of the order and confirmation of the account manager of Profitrenta.com. Besides, change in the status (Unpaid/Paid) can be seen in users’ personal accounts at the site.

Editing of the order

Order can be edited at the page of order confirmation or in user’s personal account. The functionality provides the opportunity to change rental duration or even chosen equipment. The invoice to be paid for the edited order will be available in user’s personal account after the lessor confirms the order.

How long before my offers will be published?

As soon as you register and your data are verified, you will receive an e-mail with a detailed guidance for publishing of equipment on Profitrenta.com.

Will I be able to update my registration data in the future?

You are able to update your registration data at any moment, as well as to add information on new equipment, describe conditions and peculiarities of work.

How to calculate the commission fee for reservations?

You are to pay for each reservation of your equipment on Profitrenta.com. The commission fees are displayed at the “Agreement” stage after filling the registration form. At the end of each month you will receive an invoice with commission fees.

Should I confirm reservations from each user?

Yes, you should. If a user reserves  your equipment, he should receive an online-confirmation from you. It is done to secure rentals and increase effectiveness.

What if a user cancels reservation?

There are no cancellation fees for you or a user provided that your account includes free-of-charge reservation cancellation. But if your account doesn’t include free-of-charge reservation cancellation, the user should pay a cancellation fee and you should transfer the commission from the amount of fee paid by the user.

How do users pay reservation?

Users pay reservations on arrival at your location. We are working on new methods of payment from users. We are sure by the time you get registered, new methods of payment for users will have been available.

What should I do if the customer had reserved the equipment but cancelled the equipment rental?

Customer cancelled the rental? No big deal! You don’t have to pay commission fee for the cancelled-the-rental customers.

What should I do if the customer caused damages to the equipment?

The owners of equipment may charge a security deposit in order to compensate any possible damages caused by customers. Thus, the customer will treat the equipment carefully. You can also take out an insurance policy or sign your contract with specified responsibilities of parties.
